Thomas Lim is a BCA-certified aircon technician with 10 years of hands-on experience servicing HDB flats, condominiums, and commercial properties across Northern Singapore.
He specialises in ceiling cassette servicing for newer BTO developments and chemical wash treatments for older units in mature Yishun estates. His technical expertise covers all major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and LG, with particular depth in multi-split system diagnostics and R32 refrigerant handling.
As the Yishun Division Lead, Thomas personally oversees every job completed by the local team. He ensures quality control, handles the most complex repair cases, and maintains the relationships with regular customers across Yishun, Khatib, Nee Soon, and Springleaf.
